Reuters, Aug 1, 2013 - Only in U.S - Icahn sues Dell in latest attempt to foil buyout

Only in U.S; where the a hired CEO forced the founder of a company out (Apple-Steve Jobs); where investors may end up suing the founder and incumbent CEO of a company (Dell-Michael Dell).

According to reports, Michael Dell and associates had earlier proposed to take Dell Inc. private early of the year.

The exact reasons were not made available. Yet, my guess is that Michael Dell and associates and major investors split between the future of the company, particularly in the area of social-economical values.
