I read from Vulcan Post that Jack Ma, the successful China's foremost e-Commerce giant Alibaba's founder, gave us tips on how to become successful in starting up a business.

1.) Your attitude is more important than your skills.
2.) As a leader, not everybody will follow your directives. The solution is to steer the team through a common goal than with orders.
3. ) If you had decided to start own business or do own things, please always remember that you will not have stable income until you have made it.
