Setup Business Emails with GoDaddy.com - Case Study

This case study is applicable to GoDaddy.com only.

1.) Emails accounts are usually bundled with web hosting package.

In this case study, a Business Website builder plan is purchased together with a domain name.

The domain name will be automatically binded to the website builder plan.

2.) Under GoDaddy's 'My Account', expand the 'Email' option.

Click 'Set up' under 'Free Email Plans'.

From the pop-up, select the Email product and the domain name to associate with the email product.





3.) Go back to GoDaddy's 'My Account' page, under the 'Email' option.


Click 'Setup'.

From the pop-up, create new email account.



As soon as the first email account is created, go back to GoDaddy's 'My Account' page, under the 'Email' option, a new row will be created with the email product associated with the domain name.



4.) The MX Records settings should have been auto-configured since you have purchased everything under GoDaddy.

5.) To increase storage size.

Go back to GoDaddy's 'My Account' page, under the 'Email' option.

Under the option for the email product associated with the domain name, click 'Options'.


From the pop-up, select 'Customize', select 'Add Additional Email Storage'.
