MS Windows 10 acting funny ... Unable to shut down.
1.) Upgraded one laptop from Windows 7 to Windows 10 recently.
2.) Installed Visual Studio 2015 --> a few hour process.
3.) Once done, click 'Power/Shut Down' --> Guess what, it restarted.
4.) Perform shutdown again --> restarted.
5.) Perform restart --> restarted
6.) Perform shutdown --> shutdown - finally.
