Apr 30, 2019 - Kaspersky Lab protects blockchain businesses from cyberattacks and fraud

Kaspersky Lab has launched new service packages designed for businesses working in the blockchain industry and crypto economy. Token offering (ICO/ STO) projects and cryptocurrency exchanges are now offered tailored services, such as Smart Contract Code Review, Application and Website Security Assessment, Security Awareness trainings, protection against phishing, and Incident Response. In addition to these services, Kaspersky Lab also provides crypto exchanges with fraud and money laundering prevention and targeted attack detection.

Apr 30, 2019 - SG - Hitachi Vantara Unveils Entry-Level Storage in Asia Pacific

Hitachi Vantara, a wholly owned subsidiary of Hitachi, Ltd. (TSE: 6501), today introduced its entry-level storage system, Hitachi Virtual Storage Platform G130, for the Asia Pacific (APAC) market. VSP G130 is an extension of the hybrid-flash VSP G series systems that supports smaller data center modernization initiatives. VSP G130 provides agile data infrastructure with minimal costs for SMBs, remote or branch offices that need local backup capabilities, direct attached storage (DAS) environments, and simplified virtual server deployments.

Operational Efficiency:

VSP G130 enables seamless automation of data centers and improves operational efficiency. The system is powered by the next generation Hitachi Storage Virtualization Operating System, SVOS RF. Johor Bahru Internet Exchange (JBIX), the second Internet Exchange in Malaysia, today shares that global social media giants Facebook, Google, Amazon, Yahoo, Akamai, Cloudflare and Valve Software have peered with JBIX.

Weng Yew Wong the Managing Director of Extreme Broadband and the Chief Peering Officer of JBIX says, "Malaysians are top consumers of social media and we are excited to announce that Facebook, Google, Amazon, Yahoo, Akamai, Cloudflare and Valve Software have peered with JBIX.
