Dec 15, 2018 - Fujifilm Opened 5th ‘Wonder Photo Shop’ outlet in Malaysia.

2018—FUJIFILM Malaysia officially unveiled its latest WonderPhoto Shop at 163 Retail Park, Mont Kiara, making it the fifth concept store of its kind in Malaysia. The Wonder Photo Shop concept store aims to celebrate Malaysians’ passion for photography and provide customers with the opportunity to experience an engaging and interactive retail space with FUJIFILM’s state-of-the-art products and services.

The newest Wonder Photo Shop in Mont Kiara joins three other Wonder Photo Shops in Kuala Lumpur and one in Penang. Each outlet features various attractions, including the Wonder Print Station, Instax Corner, X-Series X-Perience, and the Creative Corner. The Wonder Print Station consists of quick print kiosks with connectivity to mobile devices and memory cards, enabling customers to print their photos instantly as well as choose to add unique templates and photo accessories such as washi tape, photo albums, photo frames, and stickers. Photo booth and photo studio services are available specifically at the new concept store in Mont Kiara.

Fumiaki Sato, Managing Director, FUJIFILM Malaysia, said that the Wonder Photo Shop intends to encourage customers to discover new ways to enjoy their photos.

Dec 14, 2018 - Kaspersky : A third of shoppers have had their financial credentials compromised

Kaspersky Lab report “From festive fun to password panic: Managing money online this Christmas”, online shopping is one of the most popular activities on the internet, only surpassed by email. And while the majority of people (93%) are aware of financial cyberthreats, 32% have had our financial credentials fall into the wrong hands.

Dec 13, 2018 - Bringing Asia that bit Closer: Japan IX and LINX celebrate new Partnership

The London Internet Exchange (LINX) are pleased to announce a new partnership with the Japan Internet Exchange (JPIX), as they join LINX’s IXP Reseller Partner Programme.

LINX launched their IXP Reseller Programme back in 2017 when they welcomed Italian IX NaMeX to the LINX partner programme. The idea of the programme is to work collaboratively with fellow exchanges, which in turn, strengthens LINX’s overall ethos of ‘Working for the Good of the Internet’.

LINX has noticed a significant increase in members joining and peering from the APAC region since 2016. Reasons behind this include the growing interest in London as a global hub for peering, particularly for new and emerging segments such as finance, retail and enterprise. Transport costs for networks trying to reach the UK are falling, making London an attractive place to interconnect and peer.

Dec 13, 2018 - Yoodo Celebrates AFF Suzuki Cup with Free Roaming for Football Fans in Vietnam

Yoodo - Malaysia's first truly customisable digital mobile service - is celebrating Malaysia's fight in the finals of the AFF Suzuki Cup by supporting the Harimau Malaysia fans.

Fan who are making their way to Vietnam for the second-leg can enjoy free international roaming in Vietnam for tomorrow (14 Dec) and Saturday (15 Dec) via the Roam Like Home Plus plan which allows users to enjoy their local plans specifications even while overseas.


To enjoy the special promotion, Yoodoers simply have to activate the pass from the Yoodo app by selecting Vietnam as the destination of choice and enjoy the 48-hour free international roaming. Each 24-hour pass needs to be activated separately during their visit provided they have an active local Yoodo plan.

Mr Chow Tuck Mun,Head of Yoodo,said that Yoodo’s Roam Like Home Plus is a recent feature launched for its users. Roam Like Home Plus is a unique plan that allows users to utilise their local plan when they are travelling out of Malaysia for either RM10 or RM20 for 24 hours, depending on the country they are roaming to. Roam Like Home and Roam Like Home Plus now covers 53 countries.
