Yahoo MyWeb is great
For those of you non-Yahoo user, this(Blinklist) is good one. It has a very nice user-interface and also simple to use.
One of its feature is the ability of tagging. See those terms for tag below?
They are actually popular search terms for search-engine. I think what Blinklist is trying to do is to create affiliate-value to search-engines. I am not sure, maybe they are already affiliate with Google or etc. In retrospect, having tag to your favourite web site also means that you can organize your list better, because they are stored as collection of tags. Means that one tag would be one folder of your favourite web site URL.
and of course, you can search with the tag for both public list and your own list.
The interface is really nice looking..
Tips:
You gotta decide on one of the tools to use, if you keep favourite website in multiple places.. then it would be better if you just keep them in a notepad and save it to your HD.
