SEO problems

SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is pretty much volatile in nature. I have been trying to figure out rule of thumb but so far what I got is merely observations and assumptions.

The following are some changes to the top 3 search engines happened to I.T Sideways.

Yahoo:
It virtually went crazy where all old blogs are indexed now. Because last week, it had virtually deleted off this site from its caches.

Google:
I was pushed to the ranged of 21-30

This is very debateable because I was listed top few weeks back. Does this means I needed to have new incoming links created every week?

MSN:
It shows great improvements.

If you notice, the first contact was made via “BlogThis!”

BlogThis is a Blogspot feature for posting blog to it without logging to Blogspot; using a button from Google’s toolbar.

Possibilities:
Someone could have created an incoming link to the following two blogs which are my best written articles so far.
MSN crawler would pretend to me a user and search from Google for something. Somehow they make the links.

Well, conclusions are still gray. It is still hard to draw a conclusion at this point as the pattern are non-predictable. There is no concrete answer as in to get what you wanted with SEO.

All I know is how to get "IT-Sideways" indexed to these 3 search engine. But to provide the real SEO, I am not at it yet. If you need information, give me an email.

I will be back!

thanks for visiting my tech blog:)
