Conclusion:

I. As you can see, there is a congestion in connecting to the gateway which is 219.93.218.177. And also further congestion from the network of 219.94.*.* to 291.93.*.*

Gateway is used to connect between two or more different networks. A network is also known as subnet in technical term.

Thus, PING results can indicate network bottlenecks.

II. Connection to the speedometer doesn't suffer much bottleneck, it offers similar route to that of DNS (202.188.0.133).

Now, this brings back the same question of whether the package of 2Mbps (download) and 512 kbps(upload) applies to which network to which network? So much so as it doesn't guaranteed similarity between HTTP and TCP/IP.

Legally, there is nothing wrong with Streamyx terms and conditions. Is there ethical laws apply ?
