However, today Streamyx shows the best effort after all.

And the routing bottleneck has been cleared.
From Internal gateway (192.168.1.1) into the next network (219.93.218.77), it takes less than a 100 ms and this contributes significantly to the Internet speed.
And there is a new broadband provider in town; iZZi. Now everyone can surf.
