Just Click on PrepKits >> Update PrepEngine menu.

I downloaded the UCertify PrepEngine and I thought the UI worked fairly well, so I ordered several Prep courses. UCertify sent me a confirmation that they charged my credit card, and never sent me a key for the materials. They don't respond to my emails, and my calls to their 800 number --which they haven't responded to, either-- went directly to a voicemail box. At best, UCertify seems to offer abysmal customer service, at worst, a total ripoff.
