Now this is what I think...
- You don't want to keep doing 1 + 1 = 2
- You don't want to keep doing 1 - 1 = 0
- You don't want to keep doing 1 * 1 = 1
- You don't want to keep doing 1/1 = 1
But the incident really brings the expectation of BCP (Business Continuity Planning) to a lower level.

So, it is okay for systems to fail now. Just make sure your support team is there lah!!
Increase Tech Support Budget ...
BCP budget should be cut while tech support budget should be increased. The industry must recognize this very fact.
