- Do not initiate installation from Control-Panel. Run the Setup.exe from the first DVD.
- Make sure Internet connection is on while installing.

Conclusion:
- Vista could be the problem. If you don't follow the above two steps, even trying on Safe Mode couldn't work. I did manage to uninstall master collection CS3 from Windows XP through the control panel.
- It seems also is a way for Adobe to make sure that you have valid DVD to perform installation. There is a way to create DVD which prohibit copying.
- Internet connection ? To check who you are ?
