I don't really understand why there are some useful PDF files are made of large pictures or multiple files combined into one.

Perhaps, they are trying to ease heavy traffic into the server. Or maybe they don't want you to print, but sometimes printing is really important for certain reasons.
So, we have to crop this file into 3 pieces.

- Open the file with Adobe Acrobat.
- Goto 'document/Crop Pages'
- You can either crop from left or right.
- Press 'Ok'
- Or you can also set the 'left' and 'right' margin to get the middle crop.
