F5 Networks Named to FORTUNE’s List of 100 Fastest-Growing Companies

F5 Networks, Inc. has been recently ranked No. 64 among what FORTUNE calls “the world’s supercharged performers” on 100 Fastest-Growing Companies list. F5, the only company in its market space to make the list of 100, ranks No. 17 among the top technology companies.

According to the ASEAN Managing Director for F5, Mr Teong Eng Guan (see pix) “It is very much encouraging to know how our effort and technologies have been recognized by the FORTUNE magazine, as one of the worlds’ fastest-growing company. We have been progressing very well and catering only the best solutions for our customers to experience cost effectiveness and greater efficiency- these are 2 identified ingredients to be competent.”

The following criteria were evaluated in determining FORTUNE’s list of 100 Fastest-Growing Companies: listing on a major U.S. stock exchange; filing quarterly reports with the SEC; a minimum market capitalization of $250 million and a stock price of at least $5 on June 30, 2010; and trading continuously since June 30, 2007. The company must also have revenue and net income of at least $50 million and $10 million, respectively, for the four quarters ended on or before April 30, 2010. Finally, the company must have posted an annualized growth in revenue and earnings per share of at least 15% annually over the three years ended on or before April 30, 2010.
