EASY.MY ‘Virtual’ Mall Touches 6,000 Online Stores

Exabytes Network (Exabytes) announced its expansion of virtual mall Easy.my, increasing the scale of merchants to over 6000. Exabytes expects to grow their merchant list to at least 10,000 by year end in its pursuit to build and maintain the nation’s largest virtual mall.

Easy.my is home to more products and services which are typically found in a physical mall as packages for outdoor adventures are on sale on the site as well. Products categories include Wellness, Beauty, Outdoor adventures, Home living, Sports and Leisure to name a few.

With a staggering number of over 50,000 products on the Easy.my virtual mall, Exabytes has set plans in motion to extend their services to other channels. Of late, there is an increased trend toward support for multichannel retail and Exabytes is responding to the trend by investing in mobile technology as well as social media to engage customers as well as empower vendors.

More specifically, Exabytes’ plans to grow in line with the mobility trend include Facebook applications created to cater to Gen-Y’s tendency to browse leisurely through mobile devices.
