Mobile Operator, XOX Berhad (XOX), today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the State of Penang, Information Division, as its official mobile technology partner.
In its role as a mobile technology partner, XOX will support Penang by providing a communication platform for its residents through FREE SMS blasting services.
According to the Group Managing Director, XOX Berhad, Datuk Eddie Chai, the collaboration is the first state-level development initiative by the XOX brand and is aimed at getting across messages from the Penang state government to Penangites and bridging the communication gap between the two parties.
