Tetra Pak also announced that they have launched its first ‘Recycle Easy’ microsite. Designed with geo-location technology, consumers, businesses and schools will be able to locate their nearest drop-off points or commercial collection centres across Malaysia on their computers, tablets or smart phones.
The ‘Recycle Easy’ microsite makes public collection points easier to locate, thereby increasing accessibility. To date, we have 20 collection partners providing 366 collection points in the country and this number is growing. We hope for more Malaysians to actively recycle, now that it’s easier to do so.
Tetra Pak Malaysia today released the statistics of drink packs recycling in Malaysia through a set of infographics. Survey findings are taken from Tetra Pak’s Value Chain Study on used drink packs recycling and GfK Roper Reports Worldwide, which together covers over 1,400 Malaysians in 2013.
