Signetique which is one of the largest Singapore-based cloud hosting provider that offers virtual private servers, dedicated server, cloud hosting and managed services. Establish for over 15 years, their wide customer-base consist of small medium size enterprises (SME) to large, regional and international multi-national companies.

With the acquisition Exabytes will now have a 15 percent share of the Singapore hosting market. Earlier in August 2014, Exabytes announced that it had acquired USONYX Pte Ltd.
“Together with Exabytes Singapore, all three companies will continue to operate separately, focusing on different segments of the Singaporean market. Overall, I foresee that our overseas business revenue to grow to make up 40 percent of our total revenue,” says Chan.
