KK Super Mart Invests into 1st Concept Store

On 14-Jul-2018, KK Super Mart opened its first ever concept store in The Mines, the first ever venture of the 24x7 chain store inside a shopping mall.

Dubbed as KK 2.0, this venture aspires to reinvent the chain store success of providing FAIR PRICE, CONVENIENCE & VARIETY to the locals. The concept store offers a unique experience to consumers, for example, the deep brown wooden panels and warm lightings caters a cosy live-in air.

Cozy environment with spacious offerings

Asides from the comforting experience, a section dedicated to F & B is made available where consumers get to grab quick bite of ice-cream, coffee, snacks, ready-to-eat food, popcorn, sandwiches etc whilst chilling at the comfortable seats and tables provided inside the store.

F & B Corner

The KK 2.0 store is the 333rd outlet of KK Super Mart, aspires to become a one-stop convenience store for shoppers of The Mines. This venture is the result of studying and analysing the state of convenience store industry and reckoning the changing needs of consumers where lifestyle is preferred over shopping - with this opening, consumers now get to buy and eat ice-cream in KK Super Mart whilst shopping for daily products which include imported items.

F & B varieties for quick bite

The chain store company has had other unique ventures recently - a F&B corner at the Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS) bus station and a store at the Muhibbah LRT Station at Bukit Jalil – breaking the tradition of opening of stores at shop lots on the streets.
