The link (https://bit.ly/2U0vngV#abc@hotmail.com) will redirect to a phishing site (https://3213.z8.web.core.windows.net/#abc@hotmail.com), which interface is identical to the genuine Microsoft Account Login Website (https://login.live.com)

Nonetheless, Firefox has already classified it has a deceptive site.
