While trying to login to the Maxis mobile app in Apple iPhone, the following error happened persistently when trying to login to the app,to view account status:
A server with the specified hostname could not be found.
Maxis mobile app login page - proceed to login to account with either mobile number or email |
Login with email | Login with mobile number |
It happened to both login methods with persistence:
- Login by email
- Login by phone number
Solution:
Uninstall the mobile app, reinstall again from AppStore.
The following solution failed to solve the issue:
Installing latest updates for the app.
